Focus on health and changes on your body shape not the numbers on the scale. Don’t let a number on a scale dictate your happiness with your body.
Let us remind ourselves that weight loss takes time, effort and devotion so don’t get discouraged when you don’t see results fast enough. Weight loss is just like love – you can’t hurry it! Just take one small step forward every day and you’ll get there!
