You know, as crazy as it may sound to you this right now, but with time exercise becomes a natural part of your life and your daily routine, and you really miss it when you aren’t able to go to the gym. Your body kind of becomes addicted to it. Any form of physical activity leads to the release of happy hormones which make you feel good.
