To avoid workout injuries take your time to master the basics before you take your fitness to the next level. Don’t jump into your new exercise or fitness routine too quickly. It’s also important to take it slow. For example, if you have never lift the weights before, start with lighter ones and do 8-12 reps, but no more than two or three sets. When that gets too easy, increase the weight at your next session. Always focus on the proper technique. Correct posture and form is the key to training success. “The more proper your form is, the more effective your workout will be and the faster your body will transform,” says Tatianna @LovingFit.com. Once you master the proper form, you can start adding more reps and sets that will blast your workout.
