New Month - Better Butt

You know, when I was in my twenties, my butt was barely there. 🙂 Now I’m 42 and my butt is firm and round like never before. I’m only saying this because I often hear my friends say that a flat booty is bad genetics.

I used to share the same opinion but then I begin to train consistently. Speaking from experience, healthy eating and strength training (do glute exercises at least 3 times a week) is all you need to turn your flat butt into a bubble one.

Have in mind that whenever you do lower body exercises, you also workout your butt. Why healthy eating? Because you need to eat clean if you want to burn fat and reveal the round booty.
