If you want to lose weight, and keep it off permanently, you have to lead a healthy lifestyle that includes being consistent with your workout program and eating healthy, nutritious foods. Don’t eat out of boredom, don’t eat to fill the void that is not being fulfilled in your life, eat to nourish and fuel your body.
I know you have heard this many times before, but most of us tend to let their good habits aside during the weekend and holidays. Therefore, it’s good to be reminded that fitness is NOT an event, it’s a process. It is a LIFESTYLE! Make each and every workout count and give it all you got!
