Monday Motivation: Invest In Your Health
Next time when you don’t feel like working out think of fitness as investment in your health. Investing in fitness NOW pays health dividends LATER. Just ask yourself what would you pay or do to keep from getting sick? How about a daily run or other form of exercise? Daily exercise is proven to slow age progression and improve overall health at any life-stage. It doesn’t really matter what you do as long as you keep your body in motion because our bodies were made to move. So make fitness a part of who you are. Make it a part of your everyday life. I always think of exercising as health and disease prevention. I can’t escape my faith but I can sure give my body some help to stay healthy and strong by eating clean and working out. That’s all any of us can do.
