In order to achieve the change you want you need to be in action. Remember that we all need to get a certain amount of exercise every day, and for those of us who want to lose weight and get in shape, a bit more exercise is required. So don’t wait for perfect conditions to get started and stop postponing your life until you lose the weight. Go outside. Start walking. Start moving!
