We’re already three weeks into 2015 so I was wondering how are your New Year’s resolutions going? Are you having a tough time sticking with it? If so, try to break your goals into smaller ones with checkpoints throughout the year and make sure they are specific, measurable and time-based. Taking small steps and celebrating the milestones in the process can make a daunting task easier and less overwhelming. Appreciate and celebrate every success no matter how small it may be.
