Don’t let perfect get in the way of progress. The key to moving ahead is following through. Of course that doesn’t mean that you should just go through the motion when workng out – I believe you should always strive to give your best, to be your best – but you have to START and FINISH. Don’t wait for perfect conditions to begin a weight loss journey. Don’t skip your workout if you don’t have an hour. 20 minutes of high-intensity workout is better than sitting on the sofa. I think if you follow through on your clean eating “project” and put at least a little effort into it and have a bit of self-confidence and will power, you can get the job DONE.
