Be Fit For The Holidays

Be Fit For the Holidays

Hello, dear Readers! Just a gentle reminder… I know that you are still on cloud nine this season, but don’t forget to include workout in your full calendar of seasonal celebrations. If you can manage to squeeze it in during your busy working week, I’m sure you can find 30 minutes during holidays. Do some running, squeeze in walking, go dancing. Do some burpees, stretches and lifts. Run the stairs. There are plenty of fun activities you can do to burn those extra calories. I usually exercise at home. I’m sure you’ve got a workout video tucked away in your collection and a pair of dumbbells in your closet or a jump rope in a drawer. If not there are many workout videos on Youtube with no equipment required. To tell you the truth I like to mix it up. I will do my workout video then lots of walking or dancing over holidays. Don’t blow off your fitness routine until the new year, just get outdoors and do what you enjoy. Be active! You will feel much better!

Happy holidays! 🙂
