Try to find creative ways to break a sweat. Sometimes the typical treadmill, zumba class or running route can get boring. Try hula hooping ( it bruns 420–600 calories), hiking with a backpack, salsa dancing, instead of swimming try rowing (250–600 calories), see how many jumping jacks you can do during one or two commercials while you’re watching TV, or playing sports. Try Frisbee or volleyball for about 80 minutes and you will burn 300 calories. 35 minutes of rollerblading or tennis will burn at least 300 calories. Whatever you do just keep things interesting! I’m sure you can find some easy ways to quickly burn calories and that fit into your busy schedule.
