Fell of the weight loss wagon?
Don’t dwell on it. Start the week out right! Eat healthy breakfast. Choose salad topped with a grilled chicken breast instead of French fries and burger at lunch. Drink water, not soda. Get up and do 20 squats and 20 jumping jacks. Remember that good choices are like a snowball effect — they quickly add up and motivate you to make more.
But whatever you do just don’t give up! And don’t focus on a “failure”. It is so unproductive. Rather than dwelling on bad choices put one foot in front of the other and carry on! You don’t even have to wait for tomorrow. Go and make one good choice now. It’s never too late!
