How often you should exercise depends on your personal fitness goals. Working out too hard or too often can cause injuries. Don’t jump into a full exercising routine all at one time. Take one step at a time and work your way up. It’s also important to take a rest day. A day off from working out help you relax mentally and emotionally. Of course, you can still be physically active but take it slowly. Taking a stroll or a swim is a great way to relax, recharge and restore your energy. It works for me.
