Exercise – If You Don’t Use It You Lose It

I’m sure you’ll agree with me that there is a pill for just about everything these days. Have a headache? Pop an aspirin. High blood pressure? Pop a pill. But there is one thing that medicine has not been able to invent a pill for: EXERCISE. We all know that everything worth having takes time and patience to come into reality. And because it’s Friday and weekend is just around the corner let’s remind ourselves that benefits of exercise can’t be found in a pill and that there is no substitute for regular exercise when it comes to overall health and losing weight. The weight will sure not melt off just by passively hoping. Staying ACTIVE is the key for your body was made to MOVE. So when you don’t feel like working out look at movement as the medicine for creating change in your physical, emotional and mental state. But don’t forget to eat healthy as well.  Eating well and exercising will help you increase your lifespan and ability to live happy and active life.
