      Hello, Lili! You can get those abs and legs with daily exercise at least three times a week, proper diet and by that I mean healthy eating (not starvation or deprivation) and with strength training. Lifting weights can help you lose fat, shape your body and get strong. But don’t forget to add some aerobic exercise, like jogging, walking, biking, and swimming.
