Go For Bananas

Bananas offer healthy carbs which give energy to be more active. They are recommended as pre-workout snack.  The fiber in them  control hunger much better for those who are trying to lose fat and  help you stay full longer. Banana is a great option for breakafast. Pair it with some oats, almonds, and milk. I like to pair banana with skimmed milk,  strawberries and pot cheese as in a milkshake or yoghurt.
