Don't Dwell On Setbacks

Edwin Louis Cole once said, “You don’t drown by falling in the water; you drown by staying there.” Do you agree? My dear Endorphin Junkies, if you indulged in extra snacks and treats this weekend and/or missed your workouts, don’t beat yourself up about it. This happens to all of us. We all fall off the wagon sometimes. The best thing to do now is to get up and head back in the right direction! Don’t dwell on setbacks – they are part of the whole weight loss process. You must realize that it’s not our problems, detours and obstacles that defeat us, it’s our inability to get right back up and start again.
I would like to encourage you today to keep your head above water and keep swimming. Always keep moving forward, not matter what. Don’t let one bad eating day destroy your weight loss aims. YOU CAN DO IT! I believe in YOU!
