The lesson is that no matter where you’re at, reaching a goal is a step-by-step process and that it doesn’t happen overnight.

Be in it for the long haul, the process is enjoyable when you take it a moment at a time.

Have an attitude of gratitude for the simple fact that you can move and be patient, knowing that it takes time to get results. It’s all about progress, not perfection.”
