This was me yesterday… Remember, when you think you can’t do a single jump, lift, or crunch anymore that’s the time to keep pushing.

You can always do one more rep. It’s not your body that tells you can’t it’s your mind for your body can stand almost anything, it’s your mind you have to convince.

Always do one more rep than you think you can and you will soon notice the difference.
