Sometimes getting up from the sofa is the hardest thing to do, so don’t feel bad if you don’t give 100% effort all of the time. Don’t think of this is a bad workout because you skipped an exercise or two. The most important thing is SHOWING UP.  You didn’t break your habit of going to the gym so give yourself a pat on the shoulder.
