I think it’s wonderful to have one day a year set aside to celebrate love, and to do something special for the people and with the people we love the most, but I think that what matters most is what you do for someone you care every single day. There is a million ways to say “I love you” every day” like “Your arms are getting toned” “Let’s go to the gym together” “Here’s a box of Lindt dark chocolates for you” “Watch your step” “Get some rest” “Let’s grab a shake and take a walk at the park together”… you just have to listen. 🙂
Some of the most romantic Valentine’s dates can be a walk along the beach or going to the sauna, hot springs, taking a short trip or booking a massage… Whatever you do do it will all your heart.
Remember, couples that exercise together not only have stronger bonds, but also stronger bodies. 🙂
