I’ve realized a long time ago we have so little we can control, so try to turn off negative thoughts in your mind and just go with the flow.

Do more of what makes you happy and content. Keep in mind that stress can seriously affect your health. Everyone needs a break from routine that’s why I believe God created a weekend.
