Fall Into Fitness

Make fall a “fit” season! I encourage you to get outdoors and to take advantage of cool mornings and sunny afternoons.  Go hiking, running, jogging,  take a bike, play tennis. Take a walk by the lake or by the near river. Try a vigorous game or fetch with your dog. Remember, exercise comes in different forms.  Doing the work around the house like raking leaves  can also help get the heart pumping.
