“This Christmas, let’s jingle all the weights. Fitness is the gift that keeps on giving.”
“Underneath the Christmas tree, you’ll find gifts. But in the gym, you’ll find gains.”
“May your Christmas be merry and your workouts be bright. Celebrate the season with health and delight.”
“Santa’s not the only one coming to town – so are those holiday fitness goals. Keep moving, keep joyful!”
“In the season of indulgence, let fitness be your balance. Merry lifting and happy holidays!”
Do the best you can over the holidays to stay on track with a healthy eating and exercise routine, but take time to relax.
It’s an important part of staying healthy and fit during Christmas. It’s good for your mind and body.
As your mind feels peaceful and calm, your muscles get less tense and more flexible. Also, take time to spend it with your loved ones.
Indulge a little, nourish your spirit, and prepare for the new year ahead. Give yourself a better you this Christmas.
Enjoy This Christmas
Have fun this Christmas and let your hair down. Drink a glass of good wine, eat the food you most like, and have a piece of your favorite dessert.
An alcoholic drink or treat is no big deal, but don’t go overboard with too many high-calorie treats. Moderation is the key! 🙂
Sending warm wishes to you and your family during this Christmas Season. May your home be blessed with love and happiness. Merry Christmas! 🙂
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support throughout the year. I am most grateful.
‘Tis the Season to Stay Fit
Fitness tip for the upcoming holidays: “Small things can really add up when it comes to burning calories.
If you do an intense 20-minute cycling session in the morning (300 calories), hit the gym and lift some weights for 1 hour in the afternoon (200 calories) and then go for a short 25-minute evening walk with the family (100 calories) you will have burnt an extra 600 calories in a day.
If you do this 3 times per week over Christmas that adds up to 1,800 calories a week and 7,200 calories over December.
With all the extra food and drink on offer around this time of year, these burned calories could go a long way towards preventing the Christmas bulge…
Have in mind that burning just 100 extra calories each day adds up to 700 calories a week and an impressive 3,100 calories over December.”s

FIND YOUR BALANCE! Do the best you can over the holidays to be as healthy and work out as much as you can, but also take time to find your balance.
