Weight loss is a three-part process: Fitness and clean eating are a must, but your mental outlook and motivation can mean the difference between success and failure. Therefore, set an attainable, realistic and timely goal, find the workout plan and diet that’s right for you and be consistent. But most of all if/when you face a setback, do not dwell on it! What you should do is to acknowledge the setback honestly, forgive yourself and move on. D0 not let a minor setback turn into a major one. Remember, one cheat meal won’t hurt your diet or fitness,  just like one workout or good meal won’t make you healthy.
