Each day do a little something which brings you a little closer to the life you desire. Remember that life is a journey and a process and it takes time to make great things come into being. Although you may not be seeing the desired changes on the scale, there are a number of little things on your body composition that will tell you you’re on the right track. Like you’re having more energy, more strength, your thighs and butt are becoming more firm, you can easily fasten your favorite pair of jeans, you feel more comfortable, you crave exercise or you have just reached the last hole on your belt. I always say that the secret to weight loss success is in the little things! The little efforts you do every day are adding up to little changes, which are adding up to a fitter and healthier you.
