I know it can be hard to get back in the swing of your routine after a weekend so here is a little Tuesday workout motivation to get  you back on track….”Weight loss is like driving: If you ever veer off the road, just make a U-turn and head back in the right direction.” So if you did throw caution to the wind during the weekend and went on an eating frenzy don’t throw in the towel all your  hard work and progress to this day. Instead make your U-turn ASAP and start eating clean. It’s okay to allow yourself a piece of cake or some french fires now and then, but don’t allow those small treats to turn into downward spirals of unhealthy habits.
