I believe that fall is the great time to start a fitness and weight loss program, because “you’re going to create good habits for the holiday season and the upcoming winter months.” Summer is over, so it’s easier to get motivated to start being active. Autumn months are great to workout outdoors and to enjoy colorful scenery.
