But remember that work, dishes, tasks, laundry, etc. will still be there an hour from now. The decision to put off your workout for one day can turn into another day and then another…procrastination is something that we all experience at one time or another. Have in mind that you’re working on and striving for to lose weight, get fit, look great and feel good about yourself. That is something you want and dream about. So make your health a priority and don’t talk yourself out of it!
