It is true that we cannot all be the best. We cannot all finish first, jump the highest or lift the most…but we CAN sure all strive to be BETTER than we were the day before. We have the power to change our weight, improve our health and shape our future for the better. Getting better requires a willingness to be uncomfortable. There is no standing still in one’s development. If you are always striving to get better, then you are always growing. “And if you are growing, then you are not comfortable. To be better, you have to be willing to be uncomfortable and embrace it as a part of your growth process.”
I’m a firm believer that if you start the week with a positive attitude on Monday, it’ll be a lot easier to fight off negativity the rest of the week. My dear Readers, have a good start to the week, shine bright and strive to be better.
