Staying Hydrated - Staying Healthy

Are you hungry or thirsty? Did you know that thirst can be mistaken for hunger?  Drink a glass of water and wait 15 min. If you are still feeling hungry, eat a cup of raw vegetables, a piece of fruit, or ¼ cup of nuts.

Staying hydrated is important. Carry a bottle of water everywhere you go. Always have water availabe at your desk. Get hydration from foods as well as water. If you hydrate little and often, it will soon all add up.
