It’s Friday and weekend is just around the corner. Never take your eyes off your goal, or you will lose course. Stay focused and driven. Never mind if people say you’re obsessed with fitness. This only means you lead a fitness driven lifestyle, and taking time to exercise says you’re aware that fitness is important for your health and well-being. “I thought I didn’t have time until I made it a PRIORITY- since changing my perspective on it – it’s the LAST thing that would ever get dropped. We always manage to find time for something that is important to us”, said one member.
It’s not easy making exercise and clean eating a habit that’s why consistency is the key. The more consistent a certain action is, the more likely it is to be a habit. Change is often the chance to challenge and improve your life.
And remember, you can’t gain weight if you don’t excessively overeat. So don’t get anxious over a little splurge here and there. Just watch portion sizes at meal time.
