Setting up short term weight loss goals will make it easier for you to stay motivated and on the right track. They are  stepping-stones to the larger goal and  will keep you engaged on a daily basis. They are the ones  you meet “along the way”.

Your short-term weight loss goal for example, running for 30 minutes every day can be a  stepping stone to reaching your long-term goal running in 10K marathon. Or taking on a 30-day challenge.  Promise yourself that
you’re going to do this  every day for 30 straight days without fail. Once you’re past that 30-day mark, you will celebrate it by going to a spa for a day.
