Effective weight training depends on proper technique and correct posture. The main foundation of the proper form is your core (abs) and your back. Always keep your back straight and your abs engaged in any exercise that you do. When squating, don’t let your knees drop inward.
Strength training can help you lose fat, increase your strength and muscle tone, and improve your bone density but only when it’s done correctly. Otherwise it may lead to injuries.
Also don’t forget to BREATH! Breathe out as you lift the weight and breathe in as you lower the weight.
