Setbacks: The Bridge To Success

I was thinking about success this early Sunday morning and come to conclusion that there is no universal definition of what success looks like because success means different things to different people. It is a very personal concept and it is up to each of us to discover it for ourselves. However, I believe it is not some skill you are born with. Many times success is a result of doing, trying, falling then getting back up and repeating it all over again, every day.
Roosevelt once said that “Failure is not falling down, but refusing to get back up.” So my dear Readers, if you fell down yesterday, stand up today. Admit how you feel but don’t dwell on setbacks and mistakes. Just realize that setbacks are part of life and your weight-loss journey. The truth is that the issue is not setbacks, detours, obstacles or problems. It’s what we do with them.
