Save Calories With a Little Creativity

Save Calories With a Little Creativity

Replace cream and sugar with a teaspoon of cinnamon in coffee to save 70+ calories per cup and add a potential metabolism boost.

According to the many studies cinnamon is used to help treat muscle spasms, vomiting, diarrhea, infections, the common cold, loss of appetite,  lowers the negtive effects of high fat meals and much more. Cinnamon can also help stablize blood sugar (which is great for weight loss). A couple of dashes in your morning tea or cereal is all it takes. And while it might be exciting to try something new, cinnamon doesn’t really taste as delicious as cream and sugar so you may like it or not. But if you never try you you’ll never know. 🙂

However, before consuming cinnamon and or cinnamon-flavored foods, drinks and food supplements consult your doctor or pharmacist especially, if you take any medicines. Cinanamon could  interact with antibiotics, diabetes drugs, blood thinners, heart medicines, and others. You can never be too careful.
