Bicycling is ideal for weight loss.  You can  burn some where between 400 and 500 calories on a one hour bicycling trip. It depends on  how fast or slow you ride your bike.  It is also an efficient way to burn excess calories, and boost your heart rate. Bicycling also helps strengthen the abdominal and back muscles. Plus you can release a lot of stress and clear your mind.
