One of the reasons I workout is to become strong. When I first started exercising (and that was 5 years ago) I literally couldn’t do a single proper push up. Now I’m able to do 25 in a row, yay! Not to mention I can finaly open the pickle jar by myself. 🙂
I workout because that makes me feel good about myself. When I look myself in the mirror I actually like what I see. Well, most of the time anyway. 🙂 I’ve also noticed that this self confidence translated into other areas of my life.
I workout because it strengthens my spirit, keeps my mind sharp and gives me energy.
I workout because I want to be able to take care of myself when I get old. Exercise strengthens your bones, too.
I workout because it burns off cheat meals! 🙂
I workout because I feel guitly if I don’t. Believe it or not. 🙂
I have many reason for training but the most important one is my health. I workout to stay healthy. I battled depression for two years after the birth of my son….
What’s your reason for sweating? 🙂
