Getting fit takes time, and should be gradual so shoot for a year or to, not a month or two. Small steps take you a long way. In fact, little steps ensure success and they build into big goals. The great thing about small steps is that you can start working toward your goal immediately and they add up fast. Things are accomplished sooner and with less stress. The bottom line is everything that is worth having takes time and effort, but the results are worth it.
