There will be days when you are tempted to quit your workout and healthy eating all together. What you have to have in mind is that you’re on a journey where you’ll face a few setbacks along the way. Maybe you’re at that point right now. But don’t throw in the towel. Use it to wipe off your sweat and keep going. Resolve to reach your goal no matter what. Don’t give give up. You have came such a long way. Setbacks are a part of weight loss journey. What you have to do is dust yourself off and get back in the saddle!

It is true that weight loss is a slow process, but quitting every time it gets difficult or when you experience a setback won’t speed it up.
