Many of us have made a DECISION to either work out regularly, eat healthier or lose weight within a certain time period for a wedding or some other special occasion, etc., but haven’t actually followed through. If you truly want to change your life, you must first know WHY and then you have to really want to be working for. Ask yourself, how bad do you want it because you will have to sacrifice something at some point.
“If you have a goal or new habit in mind, be sure that you are completely committed. That is always the first step. If not, no worries, it just isn’t the right time to take on the new venture now. Focus on more energizing and motivating activities. If you are 100% committed, put a plan together and get into action”, said Danea Horn.
But once a decision has been made, quit procrastinating and put words into action. Without action, nothing is ever going to get done, so get busy! 🙂
