“I work out hard every day so I can eat as much as I want.” Would be nice, right? Unfortunately, that’s not the way it works. No matter how hard you train, you cannot out-train a poor diet. When it comes to changing your body, nothing beats old-fashioned weight training 2-3 times per week. But more important than any gym session is what you’re eating every day. Your food intake will determine how you look regardless of what you do in the gym.
It doesn’t matter how much you workout, if you don’t change your eating habits body will never catch up. Remember, the gym is for building muscles, the kitchen is for revealing them.
