I believe that winter season is the best time to start preparing your body for long, hot summer days spet in minimal clothing.  However,  don’t wait  for New Years Day to lace up those shoes, start exercising today. Don’t get me wrong, New Years resolutions are good idea, but why not take the initiative now and start working to achieve your weight loss goals today.  Putting things off until tomorrow, next Monday or until the New Year will only steal your time. Remember, procrastination is the thief of time.  Usually, things that are often put off, are never done. 

If you want to achieve your weight loss goal by next summer, start today. There is no better time than now.
