Workout to keep yourself in good condition which will help you lead a longer and fuller life. When you’re at the gym, don’t just go through the motnion. Exercise smart: do the right exercises, push yourself, test your limits, challenge your muscles, visualize your body as strong and as fitter you would like it to become, etc.
