I’m sure you will agree with me that a sense of humour can boost positive thinking and helps people go through difficulties. So do funny things…Share jokes give in to “silly things” just because, laugh as often as you can and enjoy the things that make you laugh. Did you know that 100 laughs a day is equal to 10 minutes of exercise! Tell me how can it can get any easier than that?
