Kettlebells may look a little bit scary if you’re a beginner, but don’t get intimidated. Start with a light weight and keep your first workout to 10 to 20 minutes. Personally, I like working out with a kattlebell because my body has to work harder to maintain balance. This means you work many different muscle groups and get your heart rate up at the same time.
