You don’t have to workout for two hours to get an effective heart-pumping workout. Just combine cardio and strength training and make sure it’s intense.  That means pushing yourself out of your comfort zone.  When you fill the burn, keep pushing forward. Don’t stop. That is how you will get results. You can achieve more progress in 30 minutes  of intense workout than jogging on a treadmill for an hour. Intense training is  also the ideal workout for a busy schedule. Find 30 minutes in your day and you can change your body.

Make your workouts harder (not longer).
