Anyone who is ever tried to start an exercise routine or lose weight knows how powerful a habit can be. If you want to make a new habit you have to commit to doing it every day for at least three weeks. You will notice that usually the first three weeks are the hardest mentally and physically, because it takes time for your brain to make new pathways. But once you are past this initial stage, the things will become second nature. The truth is, habits are easier to make than they are to break.
