For the past two months I got in the habit of drinking a glass of warm lemon water first thing every morning. It helps kickstart the digestion, boosts immune system because lemons are high in vitamin C, which is great for fighting colds. Not to mention that lemons aid in weight loss for they are high in pectin fiber, which helps you fight cravings. I squeeze 1/2 a lemon and I drink it down before I eat anything. If you decide to try this make sure the water is lukewarm not scalding hot.
Having a healthy and fit body means taking care of what you put into your body and paying attention to what your body tells you. Therefore, exercise so you will look great on the outside and eat healthy so your body can feel good on the inside .
