One of those days for me… 🙂 Don’t we all have days like this? It’s quite normal that sometimes you just don’t feel like going to the gym. Like it is okay to not be okay. I really like working out. It’s something I do four times a week without struggling. It became a part of who I am. However, there are days I go ‘I can’t’ , I really don’t feel like going to the gym,’ and I believe you just have to listen to your body. So when you find yourself in a bad mood, don’t feel guilty about it. Life happens and it is okay as long as you know you’re doing and giving your best. Keeping balance matters.
